Kaylee joined ABA Advantage after discovering her passion for working with children with autism while teaching adaptive water lessons for three years. Although she spent some time in nursing school, she realized her heart was truly in the ABA field and supporting children and their families.
One moment that reminded Kaylee why this field matters was when she taught a student how to blow bubbles in the water. That skill later helped the child’s speech therapist teach him how to spit—something he had previously been unable to do. Soon after, the child showed major progress in feeding, speech, and other areas, showing how small breakthroughs can lead to big changes.
Her coworkers describe her as patient, playful, and full of humor. Kaylee brings silliness, positivity, and a willingness to grow alongside each child she works with.
When she’s not working with clients, Kaylee loves going to concerts and DIY shows, which she considers her own way to recharge and regulate. With kids, she enjoys anything active—dancing, jumping, running around, and engaging in high-energy play that keeps them moving and having fun.

“To help them learn to trust in themselves.”
